1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SugarSpin ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use SugarSpin. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and SugarSpin ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

SugarSpin is a self hosted music player application designed to run on your personal computer or server via Docker. SugarSpin plays music files that you own and have stored on your own hardware. SugarSpin is not a music streaming service, does not provide access to music, and does not host or distribute music content of any kind.

3. License Grant

Free Tier: SugarSpin Free grants you a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one computer or server for personal, non commercial use at no charge. The Free tier supports up to 20 albums and 100 songs.
Pro License: A SugarSpin Pro license grants you a non exclusive, non transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on one computer or server for personal, non commercial use. Pro supports up to 300 albums and 25,000 songs. The Pro license is a one time purchase with no recurring fees.
Gold License: A SugarSpin Gold license grants you a non exclusive, non transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on one computer or server for personal, non commercial use with unlimited albums and unlimited songs. The Gold license is a one time purchase with no recurring fees.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of SugarSpin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or through the Software.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SugarSpin shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
